Thank you for choosing Cineepp, owned by Bullets (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Cineepp mobile application (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on our Service. You agree to review the Terms periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

We respect the privacy of our users. We collect telemetry information for the purposes of improving our product for our users. This data is collected through third-party services including Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, and Sentry. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Content and Third-Party Data

Movie and TV information in the Service — including titles, artwork, cast, ratings, reviews and trailers — is provided by TMDB, and streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch. We do not create or verify this content and cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current. Trailers are played from their original source, and streaming availability may differ from what a provider actually offers in your region.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

5. Your Content

Cineepp has no account and no cloud storage. Your favorites, watch history, custom lists and any video you edit stay on your device, and you are solely responsible for keeping your own backups. Deleting the app deletes that data, and we cannot recover it for you.

6. Limitations of Liability

We shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary losses or damages that may be incurred by you as a result of using our Service, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
